- 24.000 hours overhaul/maintenance job.
- Inspection & Replacement all main bearings, Piston pins, Small End Bush, Con rod bore.
- Overhaul all pistons and installed new piston rings
- Inspection cylinder liners and replaced with recons
- Inspection exhaust manifold. IMSE dismantled middle bellow to allow endoscope inspections.
- Inspection cranckshaft bearing
- Inspections of fuel pumps
- Lubrication oil pump service
