Scope:

– Main Engine: Sulzer ZL40/48, Auxiliary equipment ATL25/30PS & SB engines, removal + installation of auxiliary systems.

– Dismantling of main engine and auxiliary systems.

Change of crankshaft ATL25/30. Engineers will board the vessel the 21st to start preparations for the intervention at Shipyard Reimerswaal.

Further preparations will be made to start and finish the job in the time when vessel is in for repairs.

  • Fuel pumps high pressure, change springs of none return valve. (Not Performed)
  • Inspection and adjusting of complete injection timing.

Compare between two engines. (done)

  • General check:
    • Valve timing.
    • Check for fuel/lubricating oil leaks.
    • Check for exhaust gas leak.
    • Check running gear.
    • Check foundation bolts.
    • Check Internal engine ( Crankshaft, connecting rods).
    • Check camshaft.
    • Check all mechanical driven pumps (two pumps broke down with inexplicable reasons).
    • Test Engine.

Dismantling main engine included:

1xTurbo complete, 6x fuel pumps, 1x governor plus all piping, 6x cylinder head, 6x piston, 6x marine head, 6x liner, 1x camshaft, 2x Lubrication pumps, Cooling water pumps, 2x Cylinder lubricator, 1x Separator heater.
